Do you service other makes, or just Porsche?
Absolutely! It’s true our specialty is Porsche but we have experienced technicians that have worked on most everything from American classics like Fords and Chevrolets to European exotics like Aston Martin and Ferrari. We’ve done kit cars, vintage cars and cars right-off the showroom floor.

Can I wait while you service my car?
You sure can. While our shop is on the smaller side, we have an area where you can sit comfortably, enjoy a cup of coffee on us and visit with our shop dog Rose. We also have free WiFi in case you need to be online while you wait. We have no walls, so you’ll get to watch the guys work on your car and admire other cool projects we have in the shop too!

Do I need an appointment or can I just drop by?
We are by appointment only but if you have an emergency, don’t fret. We will do all we can to squeeze you in. And if you need a tow we can help with that too. We have a trusted subcontractor with a flatbed that has experience with special vehicles.

What will it cost to fix my car?
Before we get started on a project you’ll have a good idea of what it will cost. We’ll work closely with you throughout the project to make sure we stay within the estimated budget and keep you posted of any changes. We promise you won’t be surprised by the invoice at the end! Our hourly rate is $110 an hour and where we’re different than our competition is that we charge the “real time” and not “book time” of a project.

Can I purchase parts from you and install them myself?
You can! We have access to OEM and aftermarket parts from all the top manufacturers. If you love working on your car, than we’d love to work with you to make sure you have the right parts you need.

I’m not sure what product I need for my project? 
No problem. Owner Terry O’Brien is a wealth of knowledge for both OEM and aftermarket performance parts. He’ll know what you need. Call the shop and he’ll be happy to discuss the options with you to make sure you get the right part for your project, at the right price.

I don’t see the part I need for my project on your website.
Again, no problem. We are always adding new parts to our website but we don’t have everything listed just yet. Just because the part you need isn’t on our website yet, doesn’t mean we don’t have the relationships with the manufacturers to get it for you. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with the part information and we’ll send you a quote for it.

Do you sell used parts?
As a matter of fact we do. We have a large selection of used Porsche parts. We rebuild, restore and add performance upgrades to all models of Porsche. When we do, each part getting removed from a car is inspected and those that are still in optimal working condition get posted to our website. These parts vary from headlights to hoses to interior trim pieces. Check out our selection of used parts in our eBay store.

Can I bring you parts I’ve purchased elsewhere?
While we prefer that you order the parts from us (just so we can make sure you get the best deal) we will absolutely install parts you bring to us.

How long will it take to get the parts I ordered?
Shipping times vary by product and manufacturer. If the part is getting shipped from our shop, then we can ship it either overnight or ground...depending on your urgency and budget. If a product is getting shipped from a manufacturer, then sometimes we have to work within their timeline. But either way, we’re going to do the very best to get it to you quickly.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS for all of our shipping out of the shop. If we’re having a part drop shipped from a manufacturer then we have to work with their preferred carrier.

How can I track my order?
You will get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How do I enter my discount code?
At checkout, there will be a field that you can enter your discount code. You can’t miss it!

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Well that would not make us happy either. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with the part you've ordered, we'll do everything in our power to make it right. See our Returns page for more information. 

Can I just stop by and say hi?
We would love that! Our customers are our friends and on any given day we have someone stopping by to say hi to the crew, pet Rose the shop dog or see what projects we’re working on. You are welcome to check out the shop and have a cup of coffee with us. Terry is always available to talk to you about any concerns you have with your car and will offer suggestions based on his 20 years of experience… and don’t worry, advice (and the coffee) is always free!
